How do I place an Order?

Please select the items of your choice and add them to the cart. To place the order, please click on the cart and make the payment.

Do I need an account to place an order?

Yes, you will be required to create an account to place an order. This will also help you track your order and see past purchases.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

Please login to www.quontico.com visit “my account” page and click on “my orders” to cancel the order. Please note the order can only be cancelled till it’s not shipped. You can also email your cancellation request on connect@quontico.com.

How Do I Track My Order?

To track your order visit My Account Page > My Orders and click on the Track Order icon.

How Can I Return a Product?

In case you are unsatisfied with a product in your order, you can raise a return request with us on connect@quontico.com within 15 days from the date of delivery. We accept partial returns wherein you can raise a return request for one or all products in your order. Please make sure that products are returned with the tags and the packaging intact, in an unwashed and undamaged condition. Refund/replacement shall be issued after a thorough quality check of the product(s).
